Return Policy
Giggle Golf wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is simple: As long as the item is in "as-new" condition, the product may be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of receiving the shipment to receive a full refund. If the product box has been damaged, taped, or altered in any manner, Giggle Golf will refuse to accept this as a valid return.
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@gigglegolf.com explaining why you want to return the product and verifying the product will be returned in the condition stated above. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost before they reach Giggle Golf, so we suggest using a shipper such as UPS or FedEx where you can track your package.
Tournament & Bulk Orders
We know tournament planning can be tricky and it’s not always easy to predict exact quantities. To help organizers order with confidence, Giggle Golf allows returns of up to 20% of the total quantity ordered for stock (non-custom) items purchased for tournament or bulk orders.
Items must be in "as-new" condition, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. All eligible tournament/bulk returns must be from the same original order and returned together in a single shipment.
Custom logoed tournament items made specifically for your event are not eligible for return.
Returns exceeding 20% of the total order quantity may not be accepted. Please contact info@gigglegolf.com before sending any bulk or tournament returns so we can confirm eligibility.
Giggle Golf reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Shipping Options
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $15.00 to U.S. locations (usually sent with USPS). Most orders will ship by the next business day (larger orders may take a few more days). We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air to U.S. locations, and costs will vary depending on what you order and the ship to address. 2nd Day Air orders placed after 10am PST, Monday-Friday, will ship the following business day. Please let us know if there is a firm in-hands date and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Do You Offer International Shipping?
Yes, we do. Please be aware that there may be duty or custom fees charged by your country that are not Giggle Golf's responsibility. By purchasing, the customer accepts FULL responsibility of duty or custom fees.
What Is A Birdie Shot?
A shot of your favorite beverage (we prefer Fire Ball) after someone in your foursome makes a birdie. However, if your group is having a bad day on the greens, then a birdie shot should be taken when anyone makes a bogey :)
Is There Sales Tax?
As is the case with all e-commerce sites, it depends on your location and the states in which the retailer has a presence. The shopping cart will automatically calculate and apply sales tax where necessary.
